"Your carob honey is just amazing! A shetland pony trod on my bare foot and tore the skin up into a grazed flap of about 1 cm (no blood drawn). I put arnica cream on the bruised area and carob honey on the torn area. After a couple of hours the raw area was looking like a healing brown patch and several hours later there was no trace of it ever having been damaged except a very very faint tinge of pink. Dear WildaboutHoney,Just received and sampled your arbutus honey. WONDERFUL! and so quick too.I will be ordering two more.We first tasted arbutus honey from a roadside honey stall an hour south of Kalamata in the Mani area of western Greece, It took us a week to find out what it was, where it grew etc etc; huge fun!! We've been back to the same roadside stall and area and never found it again. I bought a few jars of Corsican arbutus in Fortnum's (very pricey, of course) and when that ran out a pal organised some from the States. So delighted to find a source in England.
